You send the pickup details, and the API tells you if the booking is accepted, moved to another date, or rejected.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>How does it work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Accepted:<\/strong> You get a booking number (save this for cancellations or tracking).<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Moved:<\/strong> The pickup is rescheduled if your request was too late or if there&#8217;s no capacity on your chosen date.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Rejected:<\/strong> Usually because of an incorrect or inactive customer number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Important notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Not used for DHL Euroconnect, Euroconnect Plus, or Eurapid (for these, the transport instruction is also the pickup request).<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">It is recommended to use the same shipment number from the TransportInstruction as the &#8220;id&#8221; in the PickupRequest.
